Creatine not only improves physical performance but also reduces mental fatigue and improves mental performance. Creatine helps make more "fuel" available to the muscle in the form of ATP. This extra fuel ensures that the muscle works faster and longer and recovers faster after intense exercise or sustained physical activity. This also means that there is less muscle soreness and enhanced endurance. Numerous studies support the use of creatine for increasing endurance, building muscle mass and improving athletic performance. Creatine is, however, more than just an ergogenic nutrient: It has a voluminizing effect on the muscle. Cell voluminizing, or cellular hydration, involves binding of water to the muscle fiber. In turn, this binding gives rise to the "pumped" look. Since water is bound inside the muscle, the athletes using creatine do not have the "puffy" appearance. In other words, the muscle looks larger but more importantly, has improved strength and has high energy and intensity. That allows the athlete to recover faster and have more energy for each training session. Creapure is guaranteed to be free of impurities and by-products, creatinine (CRN), dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT), according to present analytical methods. All finished product undergoes rigid HPLC testing for purity against a creatine monohydrate standard. Ultimate Nutrition's Creatine Monohydrate is micronized for better absorption. CreaPure(TM) is a trademark of SKW Trostberg AG. The patented production method used to produce this Creatine yields a tasteless, odorless powder that mixes easily into water or juice and does not readily settle to the bottom. As a result, the gritty taste or texture you may have experienced with other Creatine powders is not associated with this product. Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one rounded teaspoon, approx. 5 grams two times a day, evenly spaced, on an empty stomach. Optional 8-week creatine monohydrate loading and maintenance cycle: Week 1: Loading (20g/day) Weeks 2-5: Maintenance (10g/day) Weeks 6-8: Off (no creatine) Repeat Cycle |

Tried GNC's but I think it's the worst as it leaves lots of sendiment behind. Ultimate's Creatine Monohydrate is really affordable per serving. Loaded for only 4 days since I could push more by then. Fully dissolves in water and stores well - no clumping. Using it on 6 week cycles with other supplements. It does give you a smooth look due to water retention(which is fine and intentional). Definitely helps with progressive training - upping the weights every week or so and pushing really hard and having noticeable gains in strength and size after cycling off. |

Is this product actually made with Creapure? It is described in the description, but don't see any label at the bottle itself. I have taken 3 servings per day at loading phase. No tremendous effect, side effect is thirst and at one point in time, stomach ache. Don't feel that I am able to lift extra rep. I gained extra 1kg in a week after the loading phase, but it might be due to the suppl. muscle juice or just the extra carb I'm loading to myself or both. I might be a non responder or have taken the wrong serving - since there is no scoop in the bottle, I use a teaspoon. I think its fair to give it 3 out of 5 until I really see some effect later. |

Not so sure about the bulking up claims, but most likely its due to me being lazy to gym. Took my IPPT a few days before taking this creatine, jumped only 240. However after taking this product for weeks, i did my Napfa test and ohmygosh... Jumped and landed out of the mat. Hows that for increase in strength? |
