WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
1. All prices are nett. No additional hidden costs.
2. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Nutrition Park.
3. We offer 3-4 hour Express Delivery or our premium 1-hour Priority Delivery for all orders delivered within Singapore.
4. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
5. For customers opting to prepay by fund transfer, we will only send out the products after receiving the payments.
6. For international customers whose orders will be sent out via postal service, our responsibility ends when we send out the order.
7. Important note : If you are residing in any country other than Singapore, please check with your local customs before making the purchase. Our responsibility ends when we ship out your order. We are not responsible for (i) the confiscation of the products and/or (ii) any fines or penalties which may be imposed upon you by your local customs. You agree to indemnify us for any fines and/or penalties which may be imposed upon us for the infringement of any such laws as a result of your purchase.
8. Any request for change in delivery time slot must be made at least 1 working day ahead of time slot.
Delivery Limitations in Singapore
Acceptance of order
8. We accept Cash, Paypal, Credit Card & Fund transfer payments.
9. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
10. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted by the customer.11. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
Confirmation of Orders
12. We will send a computer-generated invoice to the customer within 1 hour upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
13. All products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:
A. It is within 48 hours of receiving your order.
B. There is an original invoice.
C. There is a copy of our email with the Order No.
D. The product is in good condition for resale.
Exchange is only available at our showroom.
** If you will like the exchange to be done elsewhere, a return delivery fee will be borne by you. (Return delivery fee is charged at our prevailing delivery rates).
14. The following items are not exchangeable:
A. Items bought at promotional prices.
B. Products to be used on/for skin and hair, eg. colouring cream (due to hygiene reasons).
C. Items not in the original resalable conditions.
Every $25 spent at NutritionPark.com will entitle you to 1 redemption point you may use to redeem for gifts like Towels, Shakers, Supplements and Fitness Equipment. The redemption points will be credited into your account within 2 weeks from your payment for your order and will last for another 90 days. Every order made within 90 days will extend the validity of your points by another 90 days. In the event that your points are not redeemed within 90 days, it will be forfeited.

NutritionPark.com reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason.
In the event where a product is priced wrongly or graphically represented incorrectly, NutritionPark.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.
