Most products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:
1. It is within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. There is an original invoice.
3. There is a copy of our email with the Order No.
4. The product is in good condition for resale.
Exchange is only available at our showroom.
**If you will like the exchange to be done elsewhere, a return delivery fee of $13.50 will be borne by you.
The following items are not non-exchangeable:
1. Products to be used on/for skin and hair or in body contact (due to hygiene reasons).
2. Items bought at promotional prices.
3. Items ordered wrongly by customer. (unless it is in the original resalable condition).
