Most products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:
1. It is within 48 hours of receiving your order (at time of exchange).
2. There is an original invoice.
3. There is a copy of our email with the Order No.
4. The product is in good condition for resale.
Exchange done at our showroom does not attract a return delivery fee.
**If you will like the exchange to be done elsewhere, a return delivery fee of $13.50 will be borne by you.
The following items are not exchangeable:
1. Products to be used on/for skin and hair or in body contact (due to hygiene reasons).
2. Items bought at promotional prices.
3. Items ordered wrongly by customer. (unless it is in the original resalable condition).
4. Damaged items.
** The exchange is not applicable for items bought at promotional prices. Exchange value of items:
1. The item you decide to exchange for should be of the same or higher order value (excluding delivery fees).
2. Any unused portion of the exchange value will be forfeited. Eg. If you bought item A for $80 and want to exchange for item B for $55, then the unused $5 will be forfeited and there will be no cash refund. |
