2 facts about the bench are that it is higher than normal benches at the gym and not super stable. the height is just what is to accommodate the decline i assume. for the price and its weight, i would accept the slight instability as it is no big deal. however the bench came with one of the legs not properly welded (only 1 side welded out of 4 corners). therefore it could easily break and cause injury in the worst case. in a not so bad case, perhaps the weld would break off in approximately a year, causing you to buy another potentially problematic one in a year thus making this bench not worth the money. i called in to make use of my warranty to get the leg welded properly and they picked it up promptly before taking a week to fix the problem. while i would say a week is a reasonable time to fix a problem, i am still unsatisfied because this bench should not have came in this improper condition in the first place. now the bench has been returned to me and the leg welded. however, they also went to weld another part which allows the bench to fold up and be kept so i cannot fold up the bench now and have to call them to fix this problem again. my advice is do not buy unless you go down to the showroom to test and CHOOSE THE BENCH THAT YOU TESTED. the one i tested was ok but the one that came was problematic and they cannot even fix a simple problem. |

| The Bench came in in good quality. It is definitely worth recommending for the price. But buyers, pls do be notified that the bench is higher than the normal benches you find in the gym. I guess this is so because of the Decline function. The bench is a little shaky but not an obstacle to me. The main obstacle that got in my way is the leg support for the sit ups. When doing exercises like Shoulder Presses, i tend to put my legs infront (Kness together). And i realised the leg support is in my way. This problem and the height problem, which i find it difficult to reach for my weights, gave me a consideration of 4 stars instead of 5. However, this bench is still worth the money guys! | A great and simple workout bench that can be used to perform many different exercises. Quite light in term of its weight and can be shifted around to your most comfort area at home. Worth buying :) |

| the bench is in good quality. but i am really disappointed with the services given. called for 4 times to repair the adjustable switch, but every time postponed it and until now still havent fixed the problem. |

My bench is a bit shaky lengthwise; maybe my luck :( Another point to note is that the height is slightly higher than those in SSC gyms. So got to stretch down further to pick up weights. I guess it is a matter of getting use to... Overall good value for money but recommend that you should see the set in showroom before purchase. |

| why i give 3 because once i get the stuff there was no plastic cover the bench and i did't know weather it is new or wad and my back of the bench there are some stratches and there was no guide thing like hw to fold the bench. but the bench is quite comfortable so it still worth buying :D |

Placed an order for the bench after seeing it at my friend's place. It looks like a simple bench but there is more to it. It can be folded to form incline, flat or decline bench. More amazingly, it can be folded to be kept in my cupboard. With my bench around, I can do the exercise at home even without going to the gym. Great Buy! |
