ok this is the first time im taking creatine. As i saw alot of people reviewing on this brand controlled labs. I decided to try it out, at first i was afraid that the taste was horrible. But out of my suprise, the taste was nice, i will strongly recommend to those people who love sour drink. Great taste.
Took 4weeks of Green MAGnitude.However, sadly, it does not have the effect on high anaerobic athlete like me. but it certainly increases endurance... not much

I was searching so long for a good creatine. At first i was pondering over the different kinds like bsn cellmass, muscletech creatinehardcore, axislabs creatine ethyl ester, EAS and controlled labs.
After reading the reviews and due to my restraining budget i decided to go for controlled labs green magnitude. I took it the first time 30min before my workout and was amazed at the extreme increase of strength that i had! I wasnt able to bench press 100lbs for more than 8 times but after i consumed it i was able to do it 30 times!! ( 10reps, 3 sets , 30sec rest) Well done controlled labs and nutritionpark!
If you are looking for a value for money and quality, i recommend controlled labs. You can even skip buying nitric oxide because this already increase your strength!
Managed to do alot heavier weights than before, was in the gym with a friend and tried to follow the amount of weights he use for fun, I surprisingly managed to lift the weights with ease, even easier than he could! Previously I coudln't even lift that amount of weight. This product is AWESOME! 10/5 stars!
Say good bye to loading, bloatedness and feeling sick! This product mix well and easily and taste good compared to other products i've tried. You feel increased strength and stamina and best of all, its pump and go and not to mention the feeling that you want to do more. My legs were sore from the previous run but I still insist on running yesterday, pump this product in and...did longer route than the usual but of course going slower but feeling every muscle in the legs burning and still wanting to go further!

This product's mixability and taste is pretty good compared to many performance products on the market. It's easy on the throat and yet gives you results you want. From my 3rd serving onwards, i can already feel that my stamina is increased - usually i get very tired by my 3rd set of weights but using this, i can do a full 3rd set and then do a drop set. Using this before my runs also allows me to clock slightly faster times compared to when not using this product. Overall, this is a really effective product and i give it a full 5 stars.
