To use:
1. Get into the lady's push-up position (knees touching the ground) while holding the handles of the wheel.
2. Using a slow and controlled motion, lower yourself by moving the wheel forward.
3. Raise yourself to the original position slowly by pulling the wheel backward and repeat from step 2.
4. Do 4 sets of 15-20 reps with a 30s rest in-between each set.
When performing the exercise, use a smooth and steady motion and do not hold your breath.
To increase the intensity level, you can get into the men's push-up position (knees not touching the ground) instead of the lady's push-up position. |

I am used to doing situps to get that six pack. Happen to came upon this abstrimmer at the my friend's place. Thinking that it would be easy as I do situps everyday but I was wrong. I could bearly finish 10 reps with my abs feeling so tight after that. Only then I manage to uncover the secret to my friend's six pack. I decided to get 1 immediately using his comp. |
