This is my first tub of protein and after drinking this for a month, my muscles became leaner. However there is not much significant change in my mass probably because this is not a mass gainer protein. Anyway cookie and cream taste great but sometimes there are some lumps when I stir it with water. I also noticed that the price of this protein is increasing each time. Stop increasing the price nutritionpark, there are some websites selling this at a lower price already.
I bought two tubs and Pro Complex. It's a great product but Pro Complex is better in terms of helping recovery. I prefer the taste of Double Choc than Extreme Choc. I say go for Double Choc if you prefer a lighter taste and go for Extreme Choc if you prefer a heavier taste. Want to try Mocha Cappucino next. Will update then.
Have been gyming a few weeks b4 getting ON 100% WGS.Just got it on 8/2/2012 and i used 2 scoops with 500ml water after my gyming sessions which is abt 48 grams.
After first time using this product, i could def see the diff in my body.Today 12/2/2012 is my second time drinking it.
The product mixes well and tastes awesome.Dbl Choc is great.

tried few flavours cookie and cream,roky road,choclate mint all taste good but bought vanilla recently and relise that its quite bland conpared to previous flavours that i tried isit suppose to be that way?i mix it with water
Been taking ON 100% whey gold standard for a couple of months now. Didnt really gain a lot of weight with this protein. but instead my muscles got A LOT leaner. could really see the definition. Taste wise, Caramel Toffee Fudge tastes like shit. tastes like bread mashed up with sugar and mixed with water. Strawberry with milk on the other hand tasted awesome. My advice would be to stay away from the complex flavours and juz stick to the simple flavours. I take about 1 serving everyday after breakfast but on days that i workout i take an extra 1.5 servings. mixes better than my previous protein but still a lil bit lumpy. overall, a good protein for the money.
P.S never buy this from GNC. they price it at 200 bucks. juz order it from NutritionPark. you will save a lot more money. service is fantastic too. the delivery man was friendly :)
Ive bought the strawberry cream, it tastes ok... but i mix them with yogurt after shaking. its great. After drinking it, the pain from the workout are gone. But muscle didnt develope as fast as i thought, has been drinking for 3 times a week after workout.Overall its a good product which is cheaper than GNC and the service is good :) carry on with the hard work NUTRITIONPARK :D

So far i've tried Delicious Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Rocky Road and Extreme Milk Choc...to be honest..i didnt enjoy the Cookies and Cream...i struggled to finish the 5lb it was hell!..and for the rocky road..it tasted kinda weird...so far mine fav flavour is strawberry and extreme! it taste awsome tat i could replace all mine drinks with them.
Ok about how I feel towards the product. Well, first thing I did was to take a pic of the tub along with the shaker cup because its my first tub and first time buying from here also. Now my review of it :)

After almost 4 years I am into weight training again...I consume it right after my work out and I have no soars or pain on my arms the next day.
I am currently taking the Double-rich chocolate. I some times have it with raw milk or natural yoghurt....The taste is great...I do have to inform that if you are taking in on it's own, please use a shaker bottle which comes with a whisk or strainer. just give it a strong shake for a few seconds and it mixes well without clumps.

it greatly reduces DOMs but when u shake it you need to wait for the bubbles to settle,if not its gonna be really hard for u to digest it. tried 3 flavours so far , strawberry-banana,cookies and cream,strawberry cream. prefer strawberry cream the most, strawberry-banana taste is similiar to strawberry cream just tat its a little more dull and a slight banana taste tats all.
i've recently started bodybuilding and decided to try my first protein shake. so i decided to try it. i bought rocky road flavour. its not too bad. however when i blend it with milk, it has a lot of gas bubbles and its hard to drink with so much gas. and makes my stomach upset with so much air in it and quite some fart.
but i discovered a solution, to let it settle in for a while before drinking the bottom part with a straw after the bubbles settle on top of the liquid. this reduces the farts by quite a lot! haha
basically a good product. i drink 1 serving after working out daily and it greatly reduces DOMS.
Hi, I recently just purchased 2 tubs of this 100% whey Gold Standard (Vanilla and Strawberry-Banana) I was just wondering, why is the packaging for both tubs different? When I was opening them, one had a silver cover after I open the lid, but the other apparantly doesn't have one. This was my first whey protein supplements I bought. It mixes well, and is smooth on the stomach. Though the taste is just oky (like 3/5), but I would still insist that overall this is a good product to try. And a well-reputed brand even amongst professional body-builders.
Not bad. I ordered the double chocolate flavour and after consuming it for quite abit i notice my muscles becoming bigger and i have faster recovery due to the glutamine and BCCAS. How ever it is hard to stir with a fork or spoon for it to be completely dissolve...best recommended to use with shaker or blender....
The taste could be improve too.... Other than that ....its a good product. Looking forward to try other flavours too...
Tried the extreme chocolate and rocky road. Wanted the chocolate mint but its always out of stock.
For taste the 2 flavour taste almost the same, just that rocky road seem sweeter. I used 100ml of water for both flavours. Its not some delicious shake but since its only 100ml I can gulp it down real fast.
The result is fantastic, I can see the difference within half a tub. I got bigger and my shape is more defined. Great product for recovery too.
I have been using ON 100% Gold Standard for sometime now and I have no intention of changing over to any other whey. It is by far the best tasting whey(Extreme Chocolate is what I'm on) hands down. You'll really look forward to drinking it at the end of your workout. Packs in glutamine and BCAA's which is great as well for a post workout drink. I have it with milk and it fills me up. Mixes really well too, no clumping even with cold milk when I prepare it in my shaker. 5/5 without a doubt. Give it a try, wont regret it.

I'd like to compliment Nutritionpark for such a good product. The strawberry flavour ON is good till the extend that you juz mix a packet of milk with one scoop of the powder, and poof, it becomes a great tasting strawberry milk with at least 35g of protein. 3 cheers to ON.
i got banana flavour 5 days ago,it tastes the bad most from the flavours i tried(i have tried cookies and cream, double rich chocolate and vanila ice cream) !! do not get banana,it does not mix that well even with the shaker cup too...

Wow! This protein shake tastest extremely good! I've got the strawberry one and it tastes 100% like strawberry milk. Wonderful. The best tasting protein I've tried so far. Other flavours which I've also tried and found not bad includes vanilla, chocolate and double chocolate. The choco flavours are rather heavy and leaves an aftertaste in your mouth. Nevertheless, it still tastes great. Very good solubility too! =]
the reason i love ON whey is because of the % of protein and the BCAAs in it and the ciost price is affordable . highly recommend this product to u .cheap and effective =) while the taste is nt bad either (cookie and cream)

The 1st was cookies and cream which was not too bad considering ive tasted GNC's horrifying protein powders.Warning though the name can be deceiving.But overall mixability and taste was not too bad.The 2nd tub was strawberry.This is one of the best flavours that i've tasted.It beats CnC hands down. The mixablity was awesome and the taste was EVEN better. If you want a protein powder that tastes good, try strawberry.
Overall not too bad.Value for money and it tastes good.

I am an intermediately-skilled weight lifer and have been lifting for over 10 years. I previously took mainly Weider and GNC's shakes.
Well, Weider's was 'ok', GNC was terrible. Poor mixability, a bad after taste (for HOURS), a bloating feeling and extremely expensive.
I approached ON with great caution. Great taste in a protein shake?It smelt like a lie. But I was pleasantly suprised with my Cookies N Cream. While not quite a Cookies N Cream milkshake, it's suprisingly good.
To those that don't believe that protein shakes can taste good, I highly recommend giving ON a try.

Voted the BEST overall supplement and BEST protein supplement for 3 years in a row, enough said. I would however like to warn users to STAY AWAY from Tropical Fruit Punch! It tasted so bad to me personally that I threw out the tub, this comming from a guy that downs plain creatine ethyl ester powder in water with no problems mind you. Other than that this is all you'll ever need in a protein supplement, accept no others!
This is the best whey ever! GNC is way more expensive and doest taste that good. 5 friends and me are fully convinced of this whey.
DR-chocolate, frensh vanilla and cookies 'n cream are "heavy" tastes. That means that the taste is always present when you are drinking your shake and it feels like you are drinking a realy thick shake but thats nice. Rocky road is on the way to me.
The mixibility in a shaker is fine if you pour the milk in after the powder. If you like it more creamy mix it with a spoon and add the powder after the milk.
NO DOUBT cheaper than GNC. Cookies n Cream flavour was unexpectedly bad (other sites have reviewed it as the worst flavour in the range). Poor mixibility if you are trying to dissolve it from stirring it in low fat milk. One of the best whey in the market though.
