I started consuming it recently. First of all, it meets our body's vitamins needs. Secondly there is a positive boost in myself. I'm more energize and mentally stronger. You'll feel these changes when you take it. Trust me. The tablets are a lil big. It will take some time before we get used to it. |

I take this supplement everyday together with a few others like Fish Oil, Glutamine & Whey. I work out (cardio or gym) every day. It contains a whole array of vitamins & minerals that is beneficial to promoting good health & preventing diseases (or any adverse effects from exercising too hard haha). I recommend it to anybody - athletes, enthusiasts or even just the average person on the streets. The reason for 4 stars is because the pills are a little bigger (just a little) than the average capsules. You would have to take a few (6 for a day's serving) so it might be quite "intimidating" for some. Cheers. |

My dad lives by himself and at age 80, he is still mentally sharp and able to walk by himself. Each time i visit him, he will ask me to send him more Daily Complete. Now if that is not a good testimonial for this product, i don't know what is. I use this myself as well because this is the most complete multi-vit with a full range of vitamins and minerals, all at good dosages. |
