Is true that the threadmill is affordable as compared to other merchandiser. It get scratches easily on the surface but since the prices are low, I feel that is unavoidable. However, the after sale service provided by them was terrible. The delivery man was friendly but when I called back the counter person was terrible. The experienced I had with them regarding about my threadmill was a nightmare and I never want to patronize or deal with them. As I paid a hefty sum for the threadmill, I don't feel assured by them when they claimed that this threadmill has the strongest warranty. My problem wasn't look into and the management did nothing or even bother to appease me and make me feel assured that they will try their best to help me fix my issue. Lastly, I wouldn't even rate 1 but 0 as there isn't an option for 0.

Wow! Such speedy delivery! The delivery guys are friendly. The machine is great! So easy to use. It's value for money. Now I don't have to be at the mercy of the weather. I can exercise any time, even late at night because the machine is so quiet. I just love it!
