MRT & Bus - Alight at Bukit Batok MRT (NS2) and proceed to the Bus Interchange. Take either Bus Service 173 (alight at the 9th stop, at Hillview Crescent, opposite The Petals Condominium) or Bus Service 177 (alight at the 4th stop, at Hillview Crescent, opposite The Petals Condominium). Locate Hillview Terrace on the left and walk up the slope to Hillview Building.

Car - From PIE, exit at Toh Tuck Avenue (Exit 28) and head in the direction of Bukit Batok Street 25. Continue driving forward to Bukit Batok East Avenue 2. Upon reaching Hillview Avenue, turn left into Hillview Terrace and drive up the slope to Hillview Building.
From AYE, exit at Clementi Avenue 6 and travel towards PIE (Entry 27). From PIE, travel as of directions listed above.
From BKE, exit at Dairy Farm Road (Exit 2) and travel towards Upper Bukit Timah Road before turning into Hillview Road. Upon reaching Hillview Avenue, turn left into Hillview Terrace and drive up the slope to Hillview Building.

Price is a major factor in choosing where to purchase. It is our goal to offer the highest quality products at the lowest prices in Singapore. We will match the lowest price you can find the same product at (except for products on clearance sale). Price match may take up to 24 hours to process and will not include free gifts or samples.

2. Why are your prices so low?
There are no overheads + no middle man. We work hard to minimise costs in order to pass on maximum savings to customers. The price you pay is close to wholesale price.
3. Is it the same product as other nutrition stores?
Yes. It is the same authentic product. All our supplements are directly imported from the USA or Europe.
4. Are your products nearing expiry dates?
No. All our products' expiry dates are as long as, if not longer than the shelf life of most other retailers. We can do this because we employ just-in-time strategies to bring you the freshest product at the lowest possible prices.
5. How long does my order take to reach me?
If your order is placed before 7:30am, it can reach you on the same day if you reside in Singapore. We take great pride in delivering your orders efficiently.
6. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do. When checking out, please select "Prepay by Paypal or Credit Card". You will be led to a payment window where you can opt to pay via paypal or credit card. (Kindly note that there is a little hyperlink named "Click here to continue" on the bottom left corner of the paypal page if you want to pay via credit card).
7. Do you provide self-collection?
You can visit us at our showroom located at 48 Hillview Terrace, Hillview Building, #05-03 to make your purchase. However, please kindly note that a minimum order of $25 applies for purchases at our showroom. Otherwise, an administrative charge of $6 applies for orders under $25.
8. How do i remove a product from my shopping cart?
When you click on the "Check Out" button in blue at the top right hand corner, you will come to a page that summarises the order you have made. On this page, on the left hand side of the product name, there is a "Remove" option in grey. By clicking that, you will be able to remove any products you have added to the shopping cart.
9. Is my order confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive a computer-generated invoice. If we do not contact you about any changes, your order is confirmed and we will deliver at the time slot specified. If you use a spam guard for your emails, you may not receive the invoice. Please contact your service provider to check how you can unblock emails sent from Nutrition Park in such situations.
10. How do i cancel an order?11. Please kindly note that if you want to make changes to your order, please quote your tax invoice number when contacting us. The tax invoice number is found at the top right corner= of the computer-generated invoice sent to your email account.
You may not cancel your order after submitting your order. We seek your cooperation in deciding carefully before placing an order. If you are undecided about making a purchase, please take some time to consider and then place an order after you have come to a decision. If you are unable to make it at your chosen time slot for any reasons, you can always get your order delivered on another day and time slot by informing us before 5pm, one day before the date of your delivery.
